For more than 18 years, Semen Odintsov worked across debt capital markets, syndication and structured finance. His journey from a brokerage house to leading syndication at a major bank gave him a practical understanding of how decisions are made, where time is lost and which processes genuinely need new technology.

Why KVANT

A mathematician by training and banker by profession, Semen spent years watching strong teams devote a large share of their time to mechanical work: spreadsheets, presentations, monitoring and moving information between systems. Work that truly requires experience and judgement was constantly competing with routine.

In 2025–2026 he built his own AI-agent infrastructure and began applying it to real workflows. A substantial share of analytical and technical work could be completed faster, consistently and with continuous validation.

In 2026 Semen concluded his banking career and founded KVANT Capital—an intelligent systems studio combining domain expertise, a single architect and a team of specialised AI agents. We are starting with finance, an industry Semen knows from the inside. System speed, human accountability.
